XF80MAx Cellular Drift Eliminator is a high-performance cellular drift eliminator specifically engineered for crossflow cooling tower applications, representing the forefront of drift control technology. With innovative structure and premium materials, XF80MAx achieves drift loss rates as low as 0.0005% of circulating water flow (in compliance with CTI STD-140), meeting the most demanding performance standards.
XF80MAx features an upward airflow path and steep drainage angle, ensuring excellent drift removal even when installed in a fully vertical position. The integrated venturi section increases air velocity, enhancing the removal of fine water droplets and further reducing drift emissions.
The fully nesting modular design allows seamless integration between adjoining units, eliminating gaps and preventing drift bypass. XF80MAx is also highly field-adaptable, allowing on-site cutting without compromising structural strength. With span capabilities up to 10 feet (3.0 m), fewer supports are needed, minimizing airflow obstruction.

Materials
All Brentwood cellular drift eliminators are made from high-strength, UV-protected PVC that complies with Cooling Technology Institute Standard 136. These PVC compounds exhibit excellent resistance to weather exposure and are virtually impervious to degradation from alkalis, acids, greases, oils, and biological agents. With self-extinguishing properties, PVC offers an excellent fire safety rating, achieving a flame-spread rating of 25 per ASTM E84.
Standard module dimensions are 5.25 in (133 mm) deep, up to 24.375 in (619 mm) wide, and up to 144 in (3658 mm) long. Custom dimensions are also available to meet project-specific requirements.
